Ranking Power List Countries With Nuclear Missiles and Weapons 2018

Nuclear Bomb
2018 List of States with Nuclear Weapons - Since the World War II everyone knows that atomic bombs or nuclear bombs including hydrogen bombs are the deadliest weapons ever used in war. The impact of the nuclear bomb explosion is so incredible that it can destroy the population in a city, not only that long-term effects of radiation can also worsen the situation.

In essence the world does need nuclear but in the form of positive energy such as power plants and not in the form of bombs. But what can we do, the world has saved thousands even up to tens of thousands of active nuclear warheads stored by some countries in the world that have nuclear weapons that can be carried by intercontinental missiles or conventional bombs that can be dropped from a plane.

As human beings we certainly love the peace of the world, and of course the same thing in Nagasaki and Hiroshima in 1945 will not be repeated in the history of mankind or maybe the World War III. Currently the world is tense that can trigger the use of nuclear weapons by certain countries. In principle the world has banned the development and use of nuclear weapons today, but some countries remain insistent in developing nuclear weapons on the grounds of protecting themselves

So, which countries have nuclear weapons or atomic bombs and what kind of nuclear weapons do they have and how many?

List of Countries

The world has recorded there are eight sovereign states that have successfully detonated nuclear weapons. Five are considered to be "nuclear-weapon states" (NWS) under the terms of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). In order of acquisition of nuclear weapons these are: the United States, the Russian Federation (the successor state to the Soviet Union), the United Kingdom, France, and China.

Since the NPT entered into force in 1970, three states that were not parties to the Treaty have conducted nuclear tests, namely India, Pakistan, and North Korea. North Korea had been a party to the NPT but withdrew in 2003. Israel is also widely known to have nuclear weapons, though it maintains a policy of deliberate ambiguity regarding this (has not acknowledged it), and is not known definitively to have conducted a nuclear test. According to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute's SIPRI Yearbook of 2014, Israel has approximately 80 nuclear warheads.

World Number of Nuclear Weapons

According to Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists Nuclear Notebook, the total number of nuclear weapons worldwide is estimated at 9,920 in 2017. And it will be increase up to 10,000 until 2018 during world tensions especially between North Korea and the United States.

Here is a list of countries and estimates of number of nuclear warheads owned:
