WORST AIRLINE EVER! They overbooked our flight and we couldn't get on the airplane of our connecting flight. This f$&#ing airline stranded us in Mexico City and forced us to buy another flight on another airline. All together between lost ticket and hotel over $700, not too mention the hell of dealing with this all. And that's not all. The plane is cramped. The attendant was a Nazi that didn't allow us to have our backpack at our feet. Then they wouldn't allow a jacket on our lap. The guy next to us couldn't even have a blanket on him!
This airline deserves to go out of business. Don't get suckered in by the cheap prices.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This airline SUCKS!!!
SUCK #1 - missed the Mexico City connection because we were not at the gate when they showed up to board people 45 mins before flight time. Never mind we were there 1 hour before and went to get water and missed their small boarding window. They refuse to let us on the plane even though gate was not closed as yet.
SUCK # 2 - they used that small boarding window to put people on standbys into our seats on the plane - overbooking. This was a connecting flight for us.
SUCK # 3 - to rebook with Volaris, the next flight was 2 days later, no one could tell us this at the gate and no one could tell us where to go rebook!!!
SUCK # 4 - there was no supervisor to talk to and no one who could help us figure out what to do with our missed flights. We are foreigners in a connecting airport and they provided zero help! I could go on... they SUCK... stay away from this airline.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Second time giving this good for nothing airline a chance, I take my cousin to the airport for his flight which he booked months ago, just to find out Volaris isn't even in service on Tuesday at SFO. They sure do sell tickets on those days though! Scam artists! My cousin received no notice of flight cancellation or that they weren't operating in SFO during certain days of the week. Nothing. Complete shock. And talking to the customer service was a nightmare. Til the point when I finally got somewhere, they only had Spanish speakers. Lucky I speak Spanish, but these idiots couldn't even handle the situation well at all. NEVER FLY VOLARIS. You've been warned. No matter how cheap their prices may be!.
